£90 per block (£30 per month, paid upfront)
GRAFT Base gets you HYROX Race Ready – planned in structured 12-week blocks, with up to 5 sessions per week.
The programme follows a clear weekly structure, with suggested training days and rest days mapped out. Each week builds deliberately on the last, progressing volume, intensity and specificity over time.
Your training week runs Monday to Monday. When you purchase, you receive immediate access to Week 1.
Sessions can be moved around to fit your schedule, but the structure is intentional. Follow it closely for best results.

Programme Overview
GRAFT 1:1 is our most personalised coaching option, designed for athletes who want their entire training approach tailored to them. Every session, plan and strategy is written specifically for you, taking into account your goals, training history, lifestyle, availability, recovery, and any limitations or injuries. Unlike Base or Perform, there’s no fixed structure. Our programming evolves week to week based on feedback, performance, and priorities.
Programming is adjusted continuously and evolves week to week based on feedback, performance, and changing priorities. Sessions are written to fit around the athlete’s schedule. A typical week of training would include the following sessions:
1:1 coaching that’s personal, challenging but most of all, manageable. You will be required to work weekly with your coach, providing updates and feedback so training can be adjusted accordingly.
