Hyrox Training at GRAFT

Our HYROX training classes are built to develop the engine, strength and fitness needed to perform on race day. These sessions aren’t a HYROX race – they’re focused, intelligent training that prepares you for one.

Each class blends key HYROX-style movements you’ll see on the course with strength-based work designed to make you stronger, more efficient and harder to break.

Expect high-quality conditioning, muscular endurance and strength training that teaches you how to move well under fatigue and hold your pace when it counts.

Suitable for all levels of fitness, every session is coached and scalable. So whether you’re new to HYROX, building confidence, or pushing for a faster finish, the work adapts to you.

GRAFT Daily

Our flagship class where we combine strength, conditioning and functional training into one powerful session.

Expect variety across the week, from lifting and metcons, intervals and accessory work, all designed to build strong, capable and well-rounded athletes. Every session is purposeful, balanced and coached to help you progress.

This daily programming is suitable for all levels and perfect for anyone who wants to get stronger, move better and feel fitter for life.

All GRAFT DAILY classes are capped at 14 people, keeping sessions focused and personal so every member gets the coaching, support and attention they deserve.

GRAFT Weekender (Saturday)

Our weekend Saturday session at GRAFT is 90 minutes packed with effort, energy, and a proper dose of graft.

Expect a partner or team-based workouts, longer conditioning pieces, and challenges designed to push your fitness, test your limits, and leave you buzzing.

Weekender

GRAFT Run Club

Start your Sunday strong with our 1-hour run, kicking off from the gym. It’s FREE for EVERYONE – even non-members!

Designed to be flexible, the session works as a recovery run or a chance to test your progress as an athlete. It’s fun, relaxed, and all about enjoying the run – no one gets left behind, no matter your pace. We finish back at the GRAFT headquarters for a coffee and most of the time a home-baked treat, making it as much about community as it is about fitness.

GRAFT Cardio Club

Sunday mornings, 8–9am.

GRAFT Cardio Club is dedicated engine time.

This is your space to focus purely on aerobic conditioning – before Run Club, before the week starts, before distractions creep in.

We use our full suite of Concept2 equipment – SkiErg, RowErg and BikeErg – alongside running and steady conditioning work. A suggested session will always be on the board, and coaches are present to guide, adjust or build something specific if you need it.

But you’re not locked into a class structure. You choose your focus. You control your effort.
We help you train it properly.

Whether you’re building a base, improving efficiency, or adding serious engine work to your HYROX training, this hour is about intentional cardio.

No noise. No fluff. Just aerobic work done well.
