Programme Overview

£90 per block (£30 per month, paid upfront)

GRAFT Base gets you HYROX Race Ready – planned in structured 12-week blocks, with up to 5 sessions per week.

The programme follows a clear weekly structure, with suggested training days and rest days mapped out. Each week builds deliberately on the last, progressing volume, intensity and specificity over time.

Your training week runs Monday to Monday. When you purchase, you receive immediate access to Week 1.

Sessions can be moved around to fit your schedule, but the structure is intentional. Follow it closely for best results.

  • A full 12-week structured hybrid training block
  • Up to 5 programmed sessions per week
  • Clear pacing, loading and intensity guidance within each workout
  • Weekly coaching email outlining the focus and intent of the week ahead
  • Access to a dedicated coaching WhatsApp channel for questions and clarification
  • Built-in progression across engine, strength and hybrid-specific conditioning

Each session includes clear instructions on how to adjust intensity to your level.

For example:

  • Running intervals prescribed relative to your 5K pace
  • Strength work guided by percentage ranges or RPE
  • Conditioning sessions with scalable targets

The ultimate coaching experience, built entirely around you.

Programme Overview

GRAFT 1:1 is our most personalised coaching option, designed for athletes who want their entire training approach tailored to them. Every session, plan and strategy is written specifically for you, taking into account your goals, training history, lifestyle, availability, recovery, and any limitations or injuries. Unlike Base or Perform, there’s no fixed structure. Our programming evolves week to week based on feedback, performance, and priorities.

  • Personalised training programme
  • Support & guidance 
  • Athletes receive regular check-ins and ongoing communication with their coach.
  • Feedback is used to adjust volume, intensity, and focus areas in real time.
  • Sessions can be completed at GRAFT gym, outdoors or any other gym facility providing there is appropriate equipment

Programming is adjusted continuously and evolves week to week based on feedback, performance, and changing priorities. Sessions are written to fit around the athlete’s schedule. A typical week of training would include the following sessions:

  • Strength training 
  • Running and conditioning 
  • Hybrid race preparation where relevant 
  • Pacing strategy and workload management

1:1 coaching that’s personal, challenging but most of all, manageable. You will be required to work weekly with your coach, providing updates and feedback so training can be adjusted accordingly.
