You can use your drop in credit by selecting any available class (Daily, HYROX, Weekender) or open gym session through the week, and join us for our run club on a Sunday as an extra for FREE.

The GRAFT 5-Class Bundle gives you flexible access to any timetabled class over a 6-week period without the pressure of a recurring commitment. Designed for busy schedules and real life, this bundle lets you train when it works for you, while still experiencing the coaching, community and intensity GRAFT is known for.

GRAFT Perform is a blend of in-person training and individualised performance programming. It combines unlimited GRAFT Classes with structured, personalised sessions designed to develop every aspect of an athlete.
Small Group Personal Training at GRAFT is our most focused in-person coaching environment. Designed for those who value more personalised approach, SGPT combines the energy of a small team with the attention of close, hands-on coaching. These sessions feel like 1:1 – but with the added drive of a committed group working towards a shared purpose.
Bespoke Online Coaching & Programming
At GRAFT, all of our online coaching, fitness programming and 1:1 training is built and adapted to suit your goals, your ability and your potential. We’ll work with you every step of the way, supporting you on your journey.
GRAFT Base is our 12-week hybrid training programme built for athletes who want structure, progression and clarity – without full 1:1 coaching.
Twelve weeks is long enough to make meaningful progress. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a focused training block designed to build your engine, strength and resilience in a measurable way.
You bring the consistency. We provide the plan.
GRAFT 1:1 is our fully bespoke hybrid coaching service for athletes who want complete individualisation, accountability and progression – built entirely around them.
Your training is designed specifically for your goals, schedule, strengths and weaknesses. Every session is programmed with intent and adjusted as you progress.
Expect structured progression, clear performance targets and ongoing refinement of your training plan to ensure you keep moving forward.

I went for a trial class and felt very nervous. One message from Carly and a sixty minute class and I signed up! The coaching is clear and safe, the community is fun and supportive, the gym is so clean, excellent equipment and also with a shower and excellent coffee machine too (and occasional banana bread!). All this and much more at GRAFT.

I’m so grateful I’ve come across this place. Since joining GRAFT just over a month ago, I’ve turned from a complete couch potato into a gym enthusiast.
